It’s not easy getting ready for a US tour, and Russell Dickerson is showing us how he is preparing.
As he kicks off his Russellmania tour on March 14 in Nashville, the “Bones” singer is getting his body ready for stage action. In an Instagram post yesterday, Dickerson told fans that he’s hitting the weightroom hard for a stronger and more shredded stage presence this year.
In 2024, Dickerson told Muscle & Fitness how fitness is one of his top priorities. At the same time, because of his skyrocketing popularity, he also had to part ways with a lot of his mobile gym equipment he would take with him in order to fit the expanding RD merchandise.

Just this week (March 10), Dickerson dropped his new album “Happen To Me.” Hailed as his “best song to date” by Country Swag, the track has achieved the biggest streaming debut week of Dickerson’s career. Since its release on February 21, “Happen To Me” has garnered over 5 million global streams and 14.78 million views across social media platforms.
Fans can catch Dickerson on the road this year during his highly anticipated RUSSELLMANIA TOUR 2025. This energetic tour kicks off this spring and summer, with Jake Scott and Niko Moon joining him on select dates. Tickets are available now at RussellDickerson.com.
In addition to his new single, Dickerson recently released the music video for his stunning rendition of “Bones (The Wedding Version)” on Valentine’s Day. Created in collaboration with students from Belmont University at The Fisher Center for the Performing Arts, this heartfelt rendition enhances the romantic sentiment of the original. Furthermore, the significance of this love story deepens as Russell and his wife first met at Belmont.
“Bones is about discovering a love so deep, it feels like it’s part of you, woven into your very soul,” Dickerson explained. “For me, that’s my wife, Kailey. Our love story began at Belmont, so it only felt right to perform ‘Bones (Wedding Version)’ in a place that holds so much meaning for us.”
