Jelly Roll Teams Up with Pro Skateboarder for Nashville Burger

The best burger in Austin is now making its way to Nashville, thanks to musician Jelly Roll. NADC Burger (Not a Damn Chance) already boasts seven locations—three in Austin, two in Chicago, and one each in Denver and Fort Worth. Its reach has now expanded to Nashville, as Jelly Roll has added it to his restaurant, Jelly Roll’s Good Night Nashville.

The NADC Burger is a double Wagyu cheeseburger crafted with 6 oz of 100% full-blooded premium Texas Wagyu beef. This culinary creation is the result of a collaboration between Neen Williams, a professional skateboarder turned fitness trainer, and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee, who sought to develop a satisfying post-skateboarding meal.

Their partnership began when Jelly Roll invited both chefs to assist at a local food shelter, where they immediately bonded over their shared passion for food. “We’ve got @nadcburger at my bar, y’all! This is crazy,” Jelly Roll recently posted on Instagram, expressing his excitement about the new addition.

Prior to launching NADC, Williams, at age 38, shifted his focus from partying and alcohol to cooking and kettlebell training, which he shares on the Ladder app. This transformation has not only benefited his health but also paved the way for this innovative burger venture.
