Powerhouse Performers Set the Stage as 61st ACM Awards Return to Las Vegas on Prime Video

Country music’s biggest night is beginning to tune up for a star-packed ACM Awards. And the the first group of heavyweight performers have now confirmed for the show, which heads back to Las Vegas

On Thursday, the Academy of Country Music, Prime Video, and Dick Clark Productions announced that Cody Johnson, Lainey Wilson, and Riley Green will hit the stage when the 61st ACM Awards streams live on Sunday, May 17, 2026 (8 p.m. ET), exclusively on Prime Video MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Fans will also be able to tune in via the Amazon Music channel on Twitch as well as the Amazon Music app.

Highlighting the event will be Wilson, the 16-time ACM winner who is scheduled to premiere her new track, “Can’t Sit Still” at the awards. Green, a four-time winner will be belting out his hit track “Change My Mind.”

Johnson, who won last year’s ACM Song of the Year Award for “Dirt Cheap,” will also be performing one of his latest hits.

The Emmy-nominated production returns to its Sunday night slot after last year’s Thursday performance.The ceremony headlines a full weekend of ACM-branded events in Las Vegas. Previously announced festivities include ACM Lifting Lives Country on the Green: Riley Green & Friends at Topgolf Las Vegas on Friday, May 15, and “ACM Next Wave: Country’s Beach Bash” at Mandalay Bay Beach on Saturday, May 16.

Tickets for the 61st ACM Awards and related events are available at AXS.com, giving fans access to a nonstop stretch of performances from many of country music’s most popular artists.

Launched in 1966, the ACM Awards remain the longest-running country music awards show and made history in 2022 as the first major awards ceremony to stream exclusively online via Prime Video. Additional performers, the full list of nominees, presenters, and the show’s host will be announced in the coming weeks.
