Country superstars Jelly Roll and Jason Aldean lead a stacked country lineup for Rock the Country 2026, which this week announced dates and lineups for its multi-city festival.
Headlined by Kid Rock and featuring a rotating bill of major country and rock artists across eight two-day stops from May through September, Peachtree Entertainment announced on Tuesday the return of Rock the Country, which will mark America’s 250th anniversary with two-day events focused on music, patriotism and community. This year’s run will go through eight U.S. cities, with a heavy emphasis small-town venues and expanded fan experiences.
Organizers said Rock the Country has evolved from a festival into a broader movement, bringing together fans to celebrate freedom and live music. Each stop will feature a rotating, city-specific lineup pairing major headliners with rising artists, ensuring no two weekends are alike.
In addition to Kid Rock and Jelly Roll, and Aldean, artists scheduled to appear across select dates include Blake Shelton,Brooks & Dunn, Riley Green, Miranda Lambert, Hank Williams Jr., Jon Pardi, Ella Langley, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Brantley Gilbert, Treaty Oak Revival, Gavin Adcock. Rockers Creed and Shinedown will also be performing as well as hip-hop icons Ludacris and Nelly. Full lineups for each city are available now on the Rock the Country website.
What to Know About Rock the Country 2026
This year’s Rock the Country festival opens May 1–2 in Bellville, Texas (Austin County Fairgrounds), and continues May 29–30 in Bloomingdale, Ga.; June 27–28 in Sioux Falls, S.D.; July 10–11 in Ashland, Ky.; July 25–26 in Anderson, S.C.; Aug. 8–9 in Hastings, Mich.; Aug. 28–29 in Ocala, Fla.; and Sept. 11–12 in Hamburg, N.Y. (Erie County Fairgrounds).
Tickets go on sale Friday, Jan. 16, at 10 a.m. ET via Ticketmaster. The festival also lists Front Porch and VIP offerings, single-day and weekend General Admission tickets, GA+ passes with closer stage access, hotel packages, and camping options. A presale begins Jan. 16 at 10 a.m. local time, with layaway plans starting at $2.50 down. Prices vary by market and tier; secondary marketplace listings may reflect higher or lower-than-face-value pricing based on demand.
Rock the Country says the 2026 run will mark America’s 250th anniversary with two-day events in each city, emphasizing upgrades to the fan experience. Additions include expanded shade and cooling across the grounds, a new fan zone with a Raised Rowdy second stage, and a dedicated food zone featuring multiple local food trucks and shaded seating.
Kid Rock framed this year’s edition as part of a broader celebration. “It’s this simple. Rock The Country isn’t just a music festival; it’s a movement,” he said in the announcement, adding that the 2026 shows aim to gather fans “to celebrate freedom, music and the party of the year.”
Artists reacted on Instagram to the lineup announcement. Gavin Adcock commented, “Gonna be crazy” with a fire emoji. Shinedown posted, “See you soon” with four fire emojis. Parmalee wrote, “Can’t wait,” including two fire emojis. Rock the Country’s Instagram also confirmed the presale timing and layaway details.
City-specific schedules and final daily lineups will be released closer to each event date. Organizers noted that additional local programming and amenities may be added market by market as sites are finalized.
