Kameron Marlowe is heading to Ford Field. The Detroit Lions announced Thursday morning that the “Seventeen” singer will perform at halftime of this weekend’s key matchup against the Green Bay Packers. The Packers are currently 4-2 while the host team, coming off a bye week, is 3-2.
“With nearly two billion global streams and a highly anticipated self-titled album arriving in January, Kameron Marlowe will take the field for a special halftime performance on Sunday vs. Green Bay,” the team said on its X account.
Moments later, Marlowe shared the news on his Instagram account, writing: “Detroit, see y’all on Sunday.”
The performance arrives as Marlowe builds momentum for a new chapter in his music career. He has recently released “Take You Down With Me,” “No Need For Leavin’” and “I Won’t” as previews of what’s next. His third studio album, the self-titled Kameron Marlowe, is scheduled to arrive January 22 through Sony Music Nashville.

A New Album and Tour Set the Pace for 2027
Marlowe also has a busy year ahead on the road. His newly announced “Take You Down With Me Tour” is a 12-city headlining run, beginning February 4, 2027, at The Signal in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The itinerary includes stops in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Raleigh and Orlando.
A football halftime show is a fitting setting for a former state champion wrestler. Marlowe wrestled in high school and college, and he has discussed how regular training helps him keep up the energy and stamina required onstage. In his 2025 Country Muscle Podcast appearance, he described a routine combining strength training and conditioning, with the aim of being able to “run around on stage” and perform at his best. An Otter-recorded Marlowe interview also discusses his wrestling background and fitness routine.
That focus on conditioning has a musical payoff: Marlowe has said that running and high-intensity workouts help him maintain his breath while singing and moving through a show. At Ford Field, he’ll get to show off that performance-ready stamina and energy in front of a nationwide audience.
