Priscilla Block Gives Inspiring and Motivating Update on Her Fitness Journey

Ten months later, Priscilla Block is proving that it pays off to stick to your resolutions.

“I can confidently say… I’M THERE. Or hell, I’m getting there,” she wrote this week on Instagram, ticking off the four boxes of goals she wanted to achieve in 2026.

The “Just About Over You” has become stronger mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally, adding that, “I think it’s a decision you make daily.”

The training hasn’t let up since telling the Country Muscle Podcast a year ago that she’d had enough of running herself into the ground. Years of putting music, fans and a brutal tour schedule first had caught up with her — exhaustion, feeling unlike herself, and an emotional low on a trip to New Zealand that she couldn’t shake. She came home to Nashville and decided the next year would be about her.

At one point, Priscilla Block ran two miles the morning of a packed press day. For the country singer, who also credits the physically and mentally demanding 75 hard Challenge, the run became the symbolic warmup for a monster muscle-building 2026. “The past year might not have been my biggest career year, but it was my biggest ‘me’ year,” she said in 2025

In her most recent post, Blocks credits her trainer, Jarrett Bond, has a reputation among her followers — as one put it, “The man will try to end your life in a workout and then at the end still be smiling.” On the road, Block told the podcast that part of her routine includes a diet change that relies mainly on whole foods.

Priscilla Block Bets on Herself and Embraces a New Chapter

Priscilla Block recently made the monumental decision to leave her major label, MCA Nashville, and bet fully on herself as an independent artist. She celebrated this new chapter with the release of her cheeky single and star-studded music video, “Maybe Next Time, Honey!” while filming an upcoming documentary about the transition.

Adding to her major milestones this fall, Block was featured in Nashville Lifestyles magazine’s prestigious “Nashville’s Most Beautiful People” issue, where she opened up about personal growth, disconnecting from digital life, and becoming the strongest version of herself.

Block also described a daily habit that supports her mental well-being. On the PopDust podcast, she shared her morning ritual: “I get up in the morning and I write down 10 things that I’m thankful for in a journal.” She said shifting her perspective can make a difference, even during a scary or uncertain season.

The response on social media was overwhelmingly supportive, with commenters celebrating Block’s progress and cheering her on. One called her “such an inspiration,” adding, “You are freaking crushing this year.” Another wrote, “Love seeing you bloom into the best version of you,” and said they were “so so so proud” of her. Others looked ahead to what’s next—“next year will be bigger & better!”—while one commenter joked about the intensity of her workouts with Jarrett Bond: “The man will try to end your life in a workout and then at the end still be smiling.”
